Youth Breakthrough Initiative is a wellness and learning organization that services Youth and Young Adults affected by structural and systemic issues disproportionately impacting communities in The Bronx and resulting in health disparities.

Youth Breakthrough Initiative envisions a world where every young person can rise, claim their voices with courage, speak their truth without fear, and step into a life that is whole, hopeful, and free. We imagine communities where youth and young adults are uplifted, protected, and equipped to break through limits, lead with boldness, and shape a future worthy of their brilliance.
